Fr Lee will be leaving the Parish to undertake Pastoral duties in the Diocese of Shrewsbury, in order to be closer to his family in the north.
He is to be replaced by Fr Liam Hayes who currently has responsibilities at the Margaret Beaufort Institute of Theology in Cambridge. He will continue with this role as well as being Parish Priest here in Stansted.
The moves will take affect from the 3rd/4th September 2022. Fr Lee’s final Mass in the Parish will be on Sunday 7th August so that he can have time for a break and to move.
